Wi-Fi problems are hard to diagnose. My suggestion would be to try different Wi-Fi channels and/or bands (2.4GHz vs 5GHz).

It is a Spectrum issue every time as long as you have a Spectrum rental router, I haven't seen the issue on customer owned routers at all. I don't have answers for why it stops working, but always try a reboot, then a hard reset with either the recessed button or the button on the back with the arrow circle and hold it for 60 seconds.
