I have a Storm Lake drop in 9mm barrel for my xdm 40 4.5". Just remember, the stock spring is an 18lb made for .40 ammo. You can shoot the basic 115 grain for 9mm but be prepared for it to jam every so often. I use 124 grain minimum to stay away from jamming.
