Whenever it starts getting cold, the truck likes to stick in park. It will start, runs fine, just won't go into gear. ONCE it does, it shifts just fine. Usually if I leave it sit for about 10 minutes, with the heater going, it slips right in with no problem. If thats fine make sure your brake switch is working, if it somehow moved then it wont release the switch to release the lock.
